Classroom Course
This comprehensive course explains the requirements of the safety standard and regulations for information technology and audio-visual equipment with a view to legal compliance in Europe and around the world. By attending this course, you will learn how to engineer products with compliance built in, what tests are required and how to interpret the standard.
This course is recommended for product designers, compliance technicians and engineers, and anyone working on the electrical and mechanical design of electronic and electrical products.
A basic level of electrical and electronic knowledge is required before attending the course.
The modules on the first day are shared with delegates attending the “Managing Safety for IEC 62368-1”course. There is no need to attend both courses to cover the topics on safety management.
